Turn off CAPS LOCK

This disables turning off CAPS LOCK

Open Registry,
Browse through
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout
On the right side windows, right click and select 'New|DWORD Value'
Name it as ' attributes '

Next open it,
In the value box type '00010000' and click OK

Done
The CAPS LOCK is always on.
